ADU Process

Site visit
Schedule site visit, measure the location where they want to build the ADU.

Soil Report
Check the land If need additional work to be done

Model Confirmation
Confirm the size and Model of ADU

Factory Build
If no Cable Wire, Trees blocking above the house then Factory Build ADU.

Custom Built
If ADU is custom build then we suggest site build.

Price quote
Send a Price Quote for the Model you’re Interested and Agreed. Then we send you a Customer Agreement for you to review.

Architectural Plans
Architect will contact you and go over the Models with you.and start the Architectural Plans. Once you are approved and finalized.Then we order Structural Engineering, MEP and Title 24.

Permit
If this is Site Build, we send all the Construction documents to the City or County and wait until we have our Building Permit before we can start the process.

State Approval
If a factory is built, we send all the Construction documents to get State Approval to build Modular, then submit to the City for the Building Permit.

Items Order
While waiting for Building Permit, we start ordering the Long Lead Items so we can start building our ADU to our factory while waiting for the Building Permit.

Foundation and Plumbing
Once the City approves Building Permit, We start to prepare the Foundation work, rough Plumbing and Electrical work.

Delivery
Your ADU will be delivered in truck and use the crane to dropped it at your backyard
